How to let students or employees register to my group?
At some times, You have a group, and want to add your students to this group, there are three ways for you to do this at OnlineExamMaker.
- Import student from Excel File
- Directly add student to group one by one manually
- Let’s student register to the group by himself.
Now, we will introduce the third method to add students.
Let’s student register to the group by himself reduced the work of you significantly, what you need to do is telling them the URL or QR Code where they can sign up to. This is very easy.
Firstly, sign in to OnlineExamMaker with your account, and navigate to groups manage page
Right now, We have a group named “default group”. Assume we want to let’s student register to this group, then move your mouse to the right, there is a link menu called “action”, click it
Look, there is a menu item “Get students register URL”, click it
In the pop up window, there are register URL and the QR code image. Copy the QR code image or the register link URL to your student. And tell your students, paste the register URL link to the browser address bar.
Note, students must activate their account before login, the activation URL will be sent to their email.
